In this cross-border cooperation, the project party selected the EBICO ES800GE and EP8GE types of combustion equipment and control systems based on the different tonnage heat requirements. The equipment operation achieved zero-error commissioning, ensuring the smooth start of the customer's production.
During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, Wang Shenshen, the technician, traveled thousands of miles to Morocco to provide on-site guidance. He conducted practical exercises on issues such as servo motor failures and pressure switch testing and replacement, promoting the rapid closure of technical problems. He optimized the system logic, improved operational stability, and carefully organized technical training, significantly enhancing the overall operation and maintenance capabilities of the on-site team. Moreover, Wang Shenshen also voluntarily took on the training work for the critical inspection projects of gas equipment to ensure the safety of equipment operation and provided a strong guarantee for the advancement of the key project path.
