Product Introduction
The EI-G Special Axial-flow Type Burner for Asphalt Mixing Plant is specially engineered for high-output asphalt production with optimized gas consumption and precise combustion control. Using an axial-flow fan combined with frequency and pressure dual-regulation technology, the burner achieves accurate air–gas ratio management under all load conditions, significantly reducing fuel waste.
Equipped with a turbine mixer and H-shaped flame structure, EI-G ensures fast ignition, strong flame penetration, and high thermal utilization. The PLC-based independent fuel and air control system allows real-time adjustment, ensuring stable gas consumption from 380 to 3250 Nm³/h, covering asphalt plants from 500 to 5000 models. It delivers both energy efficiency and reliable high-temperature performance.
Features
The EI-GNQ series is built around a special axial-flow combustion architecture combined with an H-shaped burner layout, forming a long, concentrated flame with high penetration power. This structure ensures continuous, uniform heat transfer across the drying zone of the asphalt drum. A dual regulation system based on frequency control and pressure adjustment is adopted, which effectively enlarges the adjustable gas consumption range and keeps combustion stable under fluctuating load conditions.
The turbine-type mixer assembly intensifies the turbulence of fuel and air, allowing faster mixing, stronger flame rigidity and higher thermal conversion efficiency throughout the combustion process. Through PLC-based independent fuel–air ratio management, the system maintains accurate proportional control during startup, load increase, and full-load operation, ensuring precise fuel utilization and reduced energy waste.
An integrated silencer housing is incorporated into the overall structure, significantly lowering mechanical noise during operation and improving the working environment on site. The burner is equipped with a straight cylindrical connection and movable pallet construction, which simplifies on-site installation, regular maintenance, and relocation between different projects. With its low gas supply pressure and low air atomization pressure design, the EI-GNQ reduces system stress, enhances combustion stability, and helps lower overall operating and maintenance costs.

Application
The EI-GNQ axial-flow burner is extensively applied in asphalt production and road construction scenarios where continuous high-temperature drying, heavy dust load, and long-duty cycles are common operating challenges.
It is fully matched with asphalt mixing plants of 500 / 1000 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 / 5000 capacity classes, with a scalable power output ranging from 3.75 MW to 31 MW, ensuring precise thermal alignment with different production scales. This wide output coverage allows one burner series to support everything from medium batching plants to large continuous asphalt production lines without structural changes.
In road and highway construction projects, where aggregate moisture varies frequently and drying intensity must be adjusted in real time, the EI-GNQ’s gas & oil dual-fuel mode enables operators to balance energy cost and fuel availability while maintaining uninterrupted heating performance during peak construction periods.
For municipal pavement engineering and resurfacing works, the axial-flow flame structure provides deep heat penetration and uniform drum temperature distribution, improving aggregate drying efficiency and helping stabilize asphalt mixture quality under fluctuating site conditions.
The burner is equally suited for both portable and stationary asphalt batching plants, thanks to its movable pallet structure and straight cylindrical connection, which simplify on-site installation, disassembly, and relocation between different project locations.
In large-scale infrastructure projects and EPC road construction systems, where long-term continuous operation is required, EI-GNQ delivers stable axial flame output, strong thermal rigidity, and fuel adaptability, ensuring reliable drying performance even under high-dust, high-load, and non-stop production environments.
With its combination of high-power output, long axial flame, dual-fuel flexibility, and low-pressure stable combustion design, the EI-GNQ series provides a practical and efficient thermal solution for modern asphalt mixing and aggregate drying systems.
Certifications
For industrial combustion equipment used in asphalt mixing plants, regulatory compliance, operational safety, and market access qualification are as critical as thermal performance itself.
The EI-GNQ series is developed and tested under a multi-standard compliance framework to ensure that each unit can be reliably deployed in projects with strict safety inspection, emission regulation, and engineering approval requirements across different regions.
To meet the diverse certification standards required by global infrastructure projects, the EI-GNQ series has passed the following international and national qualifications:
EU EN676 Gas Burner Standard – verifying burner safety integrity, ignition reliability, and combustion emission control
CE & ISO Certification – confirming compliance with European market entry regulations and international quality management systems
China CSEI Certification – approved for pressure-related equipment safety inspection and combustion system verification
Russia EAC Certification – meeting technical conformity requirements for the Eurasian Customs Union market
National Standard GB/T 36699-2018 – aligned with China’s official industrial burner technical specification
With this comprehensive certification coverage, the EI-GNQ axial-flow dual-fuel burner is well suited for both domestic engineering deployment and overseas EPC projects, even in regions with strict regulatory supervision and third-party inspection requirements.
