With the advancement of the "Dual Carbon" strategy, green and low-carbon development has become the core competitiveness of new materials enterprises. EBICO has joined hands with Asia Pacific Carbon to complete the low-NOx retrofit of a 2.4MW thermal oil boiler, setting a benchmark for green production in the industry.
Asia Pacific Carbon is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end carbon new materials. Its products are applied in aerospace, new energy and other fields, with cooperative customers including industry leaders such as China Aerospace and Huawei. To respond to environmental policies and practice sustainable development, it launched the low-NOx retrofit project of a 2.4MW thermal oil boiler and chose EBICO to provide solutions.
EBICO conducted in-depth on-site investigations and tailored a one-stop retrofit solution. Adopting an integrated design, it requires no complex disassembly, realizing "plug-and-play". It adapts to the high-temperature and stable needs of new materials production without affecting normal production.
This retrofit relies on EBICO's independently developed technology to achieve both environmental protection and efficiency:
5D Core Technology: Centered on "low carbon, low NOx, low oxygen, low noise and low power consumption", it optimizes the combustion structure, reduces NOx from the source, and balances environmental protection and economy.
Intelligent Central Control System: Integrating multiple modules, it supports remote control and fully automatic operation without manual intervention, improving operation and maintenance efficiency and reducing labor costs.
After the project was put into operation, the results were remarkable: NOx emission ≤ 30mg/m³, which is better than the national emission standard; the combustion efficiency reached 99.9%, improving energy utilization; the fully automatic operation greatly reduced operation and maintenance costs, achieving dual benefits of environmental protection and energy saving.
EBICO focuses on industrial environmental protection retrofits and provides customized low-NOx solutions. This cooperation with Asia Pacific Carbon has provided replicable experience for low-NOx retrofits in the new materials industry.
