Centralized Heating Project for Xining Country Garden (Yuchuan Fu) Condensing Boiler

In order to create a new benchmark for quality housing in Xining, Country Garden Yuchuanfu project is located next to Beichuan River Wetland Park. In order to solve the problem of centralized heating for the future residents of the community, EBICO provided heat equipment supply guarantee service for 560Kw vacuum hot water units. Three EF600G burners were selected to meet a number of practical difficulties and technical requirements. Given that the installation site was a narrow basement, the burners were combined with the vacuum furnace in an integrated box structure, allowing the space to be used effectively.

This series of burner adopts cold flame combustion technology with short flame and small chamber, which can save 20%-25% of raw materials and space under the same conditions and maintaining the same emission. It also effectively reduces NOx emissions without the need of FGR system. After continuous debugging by technicians, the pollutants were successfully controlled below 9ppm for the owners of the community.
