1.Reasonable head structure ensures that the burner head is not deformed
The head of HP type four-channel burner is not a ring slit structure, but a discrete small nozzle structure arranged in a ring. The small nozzle is threaded to the base, which is made of heat-resistant steel, eliminating the casting defects of heat-resistant steel castings. The base is 75mm thick and durable, thus ensuring that the discrete small nozzles are always located in the same circle, so that the burner flame is intact and does not deviate and brush the kiln skin.
2.Adopt special castable material for burner and pour it correctly
The burner should use special anti-spalling castables, which are specially designed for the burner and have the characteristics of anti-spalling and long service life. The construction should be mixed by forced mixer, not by manual shovel. It is strictly forbidden to mix different grades of castables. The suitable construction temperature is 10℃～30℃. In summer, it is strictly forbidden to put the castable in the open air, it should be put in a cool and dry construction site; the ground should be shaded, and the mixing water temperature should not be higher than 20℃, in winter, when the construction environment temperature is lower than 5℃, it should take heat preservation measures to keep the temperature at least above 5℃, and use 40%～60℃ warm water to mix.
